Rookie is a Penguin from the EPF Force. He has been in multiple missions and games, but made a appearance in Club Penguin in April 2011 for the April Fools party. Rookie is known for making hilarious and terrible mistakes.
Tips to find Rookie
1. Refresh the tracker about every minute so you can find her new location and be the first in the room
2. Contribute to the tracking page buy posting locations in the chat if you found her, also feel free to talk about possible locations
3. If you found her, you will see a red stamp that says "Aunt Arctic" and she will be green with a Pink Toque, and Glasses.
4. Aunt Arctic usually changes servers ever 10-20 minutes, so if you didn't find her in a server, look there again every once in a while
